Sony Ericsson 8.1MP camera phone C905 is official now. Sony Ericsson has announced the first Cyber-shot slider and its most advanced camera phone. It features an 8.1 MP camera and real camera flash and cutting-edge capabilities.

The latest rumoured handsets from Sony Ericsson are the S302 and F305. S302 is a middle level phone with quad-band GSM/EDGE phone, features a built-in FM radio, Bluetooth A2DP, USB connectivity, 20MB internal memory and Memory Stick Micro card support. It also features a 2MP camera.

Sony Ericsson F305 comes with stereo speakers, stereo Bluetooth, and stereo FM radio. It also features a 2 megapixel camera, M2 memory card support, and 2-inch 176 x 220 pixel resolution TFT display.

Sony Ericsson Z770i is now available in Gold Edition. The Z770 is a UMTS/HSDPA 2100 and GSM/EDGE 900/1800/1900 phone that has already been released to the market since Q2 2008. The gold edition is available in Hong Kong.

A new Sony Ericsson Cybershot phone has been featured which is supposed to have a 8MP camera which is the first one of its sort in mobiles. Its code named Shiho and the phone name is supposed to be C905. As of now we have few pictures of this leaked phone and also some specifications. Sony Ericsson and MTV had teamed up and released a MTV version of the Walkman phone W760. The phone features a colorful outer shell and come pre-loaded with MTV content. The phone will be available in Italy for around 300 Euros.

The latest co-branded product to be released by Sony Ericsson is the Ducati edition of Z770. Apart from the theme and paint finish, there is no change in features for this edition. It also get a special Ducati-themed HBH DS-220 headset.

The much talked about model from Sony Ericsson code named BeiBei was revealed at the FCC. The model is G702 and packed with features.

The user guide has confirmed its specification, including the support of HSDPA, WiFi and GPS connection, and a 3.2 megapixel camera. The G702 is powered by UIQ 3.3, it has a touch screen and built in stylus.

According to the latest white paper published by Sony Ericsson, it seems that Sony’s new smartphone the XPERIA X1, would include 256MB of RAM, while the initial specs mentioned it as 128MB RAM. This is really a big change when it comes to performance.

Another major change is the standby time. Sony Ericsson had measured standby times up to 580 hours on GSM networks, while the X1 came up to an amazing 833 hours of standby on UMTS.
